Breakfast Burger

This morning I decided a burger would make my tummy happy :) and it did! Burger bun is from the bakery, the party is ready made. That saves me a lot of time in the morning, even though I could make both of them.. So anyway I cut the bread in half put some ketchup and special mustard from Kolkata called kasundi, sauté some onions and caramelize them until brown place it on top of the previous layer. Fry the burger patty till golden brown and put a slice of cheese on it once done so it melts! Place that on top of the onions and close the burger with the top layer of bread. Usually I put lettuce and slices of tomato as well but that makes it really heavy, you can do that if you want to eat it in the evening.. With these simple steps you can have a burger in less than 15 minutes! Everyone should try it! I really enjoyed it. I put some effects on the picture it made it look unreal so I've put the original so it's believable.

Purplle.com & Soulflower

Bloggers meet at Inorbit mall. It was a lovely event on a hot Sunday afternoon. It began with sampling products by Soulflower and some information on them. Purplle.com was introduced as the country's first salon finder. This was followed by introductions of all the bloggers and an interactive session while lunch was served. The event was at spaghetti kitchen and the menu was chosen by Natasha the owner of Soulflower an array of pizza, pasta and delicious desserts flooded our tables. We then moved to the Soulflower store in the mall where we saw how soap was made! The popular soap pink for skin was demonstrated considering fresh strawberries are used since they are in season. It was a wonderful experience that ended with a few sample products that are really good. Overall it was a good event by good brands- Purplle.com and Soulflower.
Fun fact: the older soap is the better it gets!

And some traditional Baath(Goan cake). Finishing all this is going to be an enjoyable task :)

Easy home made pizza!

So pizza is the breakfast choice of the day. I got the pizza base from the bakery, made the tomato sauce at home. I toped it with onions, mushrooms, ham and cheese! Sprinkled some oregano on the top and baked it for about 15 min.

Fruits are a good idea.

Some home experiments that went really well- pink soda pop: a blend of strawberries, lemon, sugar syrup and soda. It was a really refreshing drink..
And pancakes with pear caramel syrup: regular pancake recipe syrup made of pears, sugar, cinnamon, butter and some salt. When I had the first bite of this I didn't expect it to bee so good, but by the time I could think oh yum I had already said it out loud!

Chocolate chip cake

This is the chocolate cake that I make. The ganache has a really good texture and tastes just as good! It's a 3 kg cake for a little girls birthday. Each chocolate chip was individually placed for the decoration! Lots of hard work but the result was worth it.
